We are currently seeking a Murex S4C Consultant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

Key ResponsibilitiesMurex Implementation & Support
  • Support the full lifecycle of MX.3 implementations, including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, upgrades, training, and production support.
  • Configure, build, test, and support MX.3 integration modules and related solutions.
  • Participate in project delivery activities, including design, development, testing, implementation, and post-production support.
  • Provide timely resolution of support cases from issue identification through validation and closure.
  • Assist with business-as-usual (BAU) support activities and project-related support efforts.
Integration Development
  • Design, develop, and maintain trade workflows and interfaces that facilitate communication between external platforms and the Murex environment.
  • Develop solutions to receive, process, validate, store, and acknowledge trade and market data feeds.
  • Utilize Murex integration technologies, APIs, and data management tools to deliver business solutions.
  • Install, configure, deploy, test, and support packaged Murex interfaces and market data integrations.
Technical Analysis & Development
  • Analyze business requirements, current system behavior, workflow processes, and integration points to identify and implement solutions.
  • Use SQL to support reporting, troubleshooting, data analysis, trade feed monitoring, and operational support activities.
  • Develop automation solutions using Shell scripting, Python, or other applicable technologies.
  • Support investigation and resolution of trade processing, workflow, and straight-through processing (STP) issues.
Documentation & Quality Assurance
  • Contribute to functional documentation, including test cases, use cases, and solution specifications.
  • Develop and maintain technical design documentation and configuration management artifacts.
  • Support testing activities, issue tracking, validation, and quality assurance processes.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with project managers, stream leads, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Partner with Front Office, Back Office, Risk, and other functional teams to understand requirements and support implementation efforts.
  • Work with product development teams to document, reproduce, and validate defects and enhancements.
  • Participate in regular project meetings and status updates to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Required Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience working with the Murex MX.3 platform.
  • Experience supporting system integration, data flows, interfaces, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Unix/Linux environments.
  • Experience analyzing business and technical requirements and developing system solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
  • Ability to support clients and project teams during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
  • Must be able to support Eastern Time (ET) business hours
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Murex integration technologies, including MxML Exchange, MX Open Connect, Murex APIs, and Datamart.
  • Familiarity with Murex proprietary technologies and languages, including MSL, XMLF, DQL, and MxML.
  • Experience with market data and third-party interfaces such as MDIT, MarkitWire, BSMT, and Markit Credit.
  • Experience developing automation scripts using Shell and/or Python.
  • Java programming experience is a plus.
    • NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for Canada-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $80,000-120,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all Canada locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications

      This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
