StarTech.com is continuing to grow our Data Analytics team and we are looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights.

In this role, you will partner closely with cross functional teams to analyze data across key areas of the business, including product performance, inventory, revenue, customer insights, and marketing. Your work will help shape business decisions, optimize performance, and support continued growth.

You will be responsible for transforming data from multiple sources into clear, meaningful insights, building models, and delivering reporting that informs strategy. Success in this role comes from strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights in a way that drives action.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze key business metrics to evaluate and improve strategic initiatives
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Build data models and generate summary statistics using analytics tools

 What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Technology, or related field (Master’s in Analytics is an asset)
  • 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role working with large datasets
  • Strong experience with Power BI and Power Query
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Python or R
  • Experience or interest in AI tools and applications
