Job description


Candidates residing in the following states will be considered for remote employment: Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. Remote work will not be permitted from any other state at this time
The HR Systems Analyst supports the administration, maintenance, optimization, and ongoing performance of Human Resources systems and related applications. This role serves as a functional and technical resource for HR systems. The HR Systems Analyst partners with HR, Payroll, IT, vendors, and operational leaders to troubleshoot issues, maintain data integrity, support system enhancements, test configuration changes, develop reports, assist with security access, and improve processes that support caregivers, leaders, and HR operations. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Supports day-to-day administration and maintenance of HR systems and other technology platforms.
  • Serves as a system resource for HR, leaders, and caregivers by troubleshooting issues, answering system-related questions, and escalating complex items to IT, vendors, or senior analysts as appropriate.
  • Assists Sr. Analyst with system configuration, enhancements, testing, and validation in non-production environments under established governance, change management, and approval processes.
  • Participates in system releases, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and post-deployment validation to ensure HR system functionality supports business processes and operational needs.
  • Maintains and validates HR system data to support accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develops, runs, and maintains HR reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support operational needs, audit requirements, leadership requests, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Assists with security access reviews, role assignments, and maintenance of system access documentation in partnership with IT, HR leadership, and business process owners.
  • Documents business requirements, testing results, issue resolution steps, system processes, and standard operating procedures to support sustainability and knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborates with HR functional leads, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to analyze system issues, prioritize requests, recommend solutions, and support continuous improvement.
  • Provides guidance, and communication support to HR users, leaders, and caregivers regarding system functionality, process changes, and new enhancements.
  • Monitors HR Help Desk or system support queues as assigned and ensures timely follow-up, resolution, documentation, and escalation of system-related requests.
  • Supports implementation, stabilization, and optimization of HR technology initiatives, including workflow improvements, automation opportunities, and system integrations impacting HR processes.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field - Required
  • Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Work Experience
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office products - Required
  • 2 years applicable experience - Required
  • Experience in HR or IT - Preferred

Licenses and Certifications
  • Oracle HCM, HRIS, data analytics, project management, SHRM, or related certification preferred.

Travel Requirements
  • Travel to off-site locations may be required.
