Overview:ย 

Associate Directors are the most important people at Directive. They are directly responsible for both client and employee retention and their performance is directly reflected in our P&L.ย 

Role and Responsibilities: ย 

  1. Goal Setting: AsDโ€™s are directly responsible for setting the goals for every client engagement in their pod.ย 

  2. Best Practices: AsDโ€™s are directly responsible for ensuring that every one of their clientโ€™s follows best practices across all channels and mediums. In particular:ย 

    • LTV:CAC modeling

    • Customer Generation

    • Share of SERP

    • Functional Content

  3. Breakdown Barriers: Every great campaign lives or dies at the moment of approval. Itโ€™s your responsibility to understand these moments and support your strategist in earning a yes.ย 

    • Ensure roadblocks are a part of every 1x1 conversation with Strategists, and that an action plan is established to take down any roadblocks for the success of the strategy

  4. Accountability: We need leaders, not managers. Nobody wants a manager, everyone wants a leader. Build structure, create a cadence, support proactively, and empower your team with clear and concise communication + expectation setting.

Goals:

  1. NSM Attainment: 100%

  2. CSAT: 4.2+

  3. Bookings: $150k for each half of the year (total across pod for H1)

  4. Driven to stay ahead of industry trends, including actively learning how AI and automation can enhance marketing and operations.

๐Ÿ  We have a set living wage at Directive; The annual base salary range for this position based in the United States is $100,000 - 135,000 USD with potential for bonus eligibility. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Directive's compensation practices, job related skills, and depth of experience.

Work Environment Requirements

As a remote-first company, youโ€™ll have the ability to work from anywhere in the US, with the option to enjoy our state-of-the-art offices in Irvine, California. For global locations, you must have established and current work authorization and permanently reside in that country.

This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office. We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack.
