Scriptmed Rehab and Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team. This full-time, remote position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the mental health and well-being of individuals in the community while enjoying the flexibility of a home-based setting. We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 140,000 annually and a generous hire-on bonus of $3,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with clinical teams to evaluate and address patient needs effectively.
  • Work with teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to each individual’s unique circumstances.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision, training, and attending relevant conferences to stay at the forefront of mental health care.
  • Act as a liaison with state agencies, service systems, and community partners to ensure comprehensive resource sharing and support.
  • Maintain open communication channels with clients, families, and team members to uphold our mission of fostering wellness and recovery.
  • Proactively pursue opportunities to enhance local partnerships, securing funding sources and other supports for our programs.
  • Promote the agency's mission and values in all interactions and perform additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is mandatory.
  • Must possess a valid LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license as recognized by the state board.
