The Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) position at Fisher Care Health Plan is a full-time role dedicated to enhancing the mental well-being of our clients through direct therapeutic interventions. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement positive behavior support plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and programs.
  • Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and various service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to facilitate comprehensive client support.
  • Establish enduring relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to advance program visibility and secure new partnerships and funding opportunities.
  • Engage in continual professional development through conferences, courses, and community representation, enhancing expertise in mental health.
  • Integrate and promote the agency's mission, values, and philosophy in all interactions and programming.
Patient Population / Client Focus
