  • Current, active state licensure as a mental health therapist. Acceptable licenses include LMFT, LCMFT, LCSW-C, LCPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
  • Demonstrated experience in providing individual therapy to a variety of patient demographics.
  • Proficiency in using technology for telehealth, with the ability to adapt to new platforms and tools efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic and client-centered approach.
  • Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating with a remote team of professionals.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.
  • Prior work experience in telehealth environments and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Knowledge of mental health service delivery in diverse and underserved communities.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 โ€“ 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
