The Client Manager is a key role responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving project success. This position requires a balance of technical expertise, business development skills, and leadership abilities to manage client expectations, coordinate internal teams, and deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Facilitate regular client meetings to review project progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive and productive client experience.
  • Define, document, and communicate client standards to internal teams to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.


Project Oversight

  • Lead project teams to deliver quality projects on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Oversee and manage project details, including scope, schedules, and budgets, ensuring profitability and successful outcomes.
