Job Title: Supply Planning Coordinator Location: Portage, Michigan Type: Contract Compensation: $20.00 - $24.50 per hour Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote

Overview Join a collaborative, innovation-focused medical technology organization as a Supply Chain Coordinator supporting critical manufacturing operations. In this contract role, you'll leverage your experience with order management, SAP/ERP systems, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure materials are delivered on time, optimize inventory flow, and help keep production running efficiently while contributing to continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor inbound movement of materials from suppliers to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.
  • Determine material requirements collaboratively with purchasing, production, and engineering teams to meet production schedules.
  • Develop specifications for new contract orders to support procurement needs.
  • Coordinate efficient material movement in accordance with company procedures and specifications.
  • Use SAP or other ERP systems to manage and track order processing and material flow.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 or more years of experience in order management or supply chain coordination.
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
