• Deliver direct outpatient therapy, both individually and in group settings, maintaining accurate and timely documentation to comply with agency and clinical standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and assist in the training and development of unit programming as needed.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to discuss treatment plans, contribute insights for patient consultations, and promote effective communication among professionals to enhance client care.
• Facilitate constructive meetings with treatment teams to evaluate progress and drive adherence to individualized treatment pathways.

You will work with clients from various demographics, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
• Extensive knowledge and practical experience with evidence-based treatment modalities, especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology, enabling effective collaboration with psychiatrists and other health professionals in treatment planning.
• Demonstrated success in achieving positive outcomes when treating clients with mood disorders and related challenges.

• Experience with group therapy facilitation and community outreach programs is highly desirable.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems to document client interactions efficiently while minimizing unnecessary paperwork.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
