• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Provide ongoing consultation, including the development of crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments to ensure safety and promote positive change.
• Document all interactions and interventions promptly and accurately, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies as indicated by clinical guidelines to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and various programs to design and implement robust positive behavior support strategies.
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation-related processes, demonstrating commitment to quality service delivery.
• Establish partnerships with state agencies, community organizations, and service systems to enhance client resources and support.
• Maintain open lines of communication with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to uphold contract standards and advance the organization’s mission.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, including conferences and task forces, to stay abreast of best practices in mental health care.
• Promote the agency's core mission, values, and philosophy in all interactions and functions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure the team’s success.

As an LMHC at Consent Counseling Services, you will work primarily with a diverse client population, including individuals facing mental health challenges, those recovering from substance use issues, and clients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Your expertise will aid in providing the appropriate interventions and therapies that empower clients to thrive within their communities.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is a prerequisite for this position.
• An active and independent LMHC license issued by the state board is required.
• Proficiency in maintaining clinical records and generating detailed reports as part of treatment documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic interdisciplinary team environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and engage with clients and colleagues across various settings.
• Judicious decision-making skills based on solid professional knowledge and ethics.

• Previous experience working in a telehealth setting is highly valued.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities applicable to diverse client needs.
• Experience in crisis intervention and behavioral support planning is beneficial.
