Key Responsibilities

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions focused on building connections among clients and fostering a sense of community.
• Individual Counseling: Offer empathetic one-on-one therapy sessions that encourage clients to explore their thoughts and emotions while developing personalized coping strategies.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans, tailoring goals to meet their unique needs and preferences.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to track client progress, adapting treatment plans based on feedback and outcomes.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with other professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and dynamic support for complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will work with primarily consist of young adults facing mental health and mood disorders in an outpatient setting. Your expertise and compassionate approach will be vital in helping them navigate their challenges and achieve sustainable recovery through effective treatment methods and therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Current LPC licensure in Arizona.
• Experience in providing mental health treatment, particularly to clients with mood disorders in either residential or outpatient environments.
• Strong clinical skills, especially in techniques like motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Expertise in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and case tracking.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic assessment tools and methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
