Daikin Applied is seeking aProduct Manager - Chillers. The Product Manager will manage Chiller product line(s) in the development of marketing programs to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives by performing the following duties. Location: Staunton, VA - Hybrid or Remote

Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates distribution efforts to effectively introduce new products

  • Recommends modifications of assigned product(s)

  • Coordinates departmental activities with other departments, such as engineering and manufacturing to ensure synergy in objectives.

  • Communicates with the Rep. office's Product Groups and Regional Sales Managers

  • Keeps current on product and component technology improvements and industry trends to effectively perform functions of the position.

  • Coordinates design activities with those of other divisions

  • Conducts investigations directed toward standardization of product parts or components. Investigates and approves use of substitute parts or materials.

  • Recommends and establishes part substitution for obsolete inventory

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of related experience in the HVAC industry

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,400 - $136,800 + 10% bonus. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
