This mental health counseling position is primarily remote, allowing you to provide essential services from your location while connecting with clients via secure telehealth platforms. • Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand the mental health statuses and specific needs of clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans informed by evidence-based practices, while ensuring cultural competence and sensitivity to client backgrounds.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions—both individual and group—equipping clients with coping mechanisms and strategies to overcome their challenges.
• Maintain comprehensive electronic health records (EHR) to track client progress, therapy outcomes, and treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care, including referrals to psychiatrists or additional healthcare providers as needed.
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

At Ultimate Energy Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role is pivotal in creating a safe space for clients to express themselves and work through their difficulties, ultimately contributing to improved mental health outcomes.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current active license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting with a strong foundation in therapeutic modalities.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, showcasing cultural responsiveness in practice.
• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building trusting relationships with a diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and other pertinent technology.
• A commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and maintaining professional boundaries.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Ultimate Energy Wellness Center offers a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 to $104,000, complemented by an attractive sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
