Nomex® Business Development Manager – Energy Solutions

Remote (United States or Canada)

Help Shape the Future of Electrification

Arclin is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth for our Nomex® Energy Solutions business across North America. This is a highly visible opportunity supporting a profitable, growing business serving critical electrical infrastructure markets. The role sits at the intersection of electrification, electric vehicles, power distribution, motors, and transformers.

Why This Role Is Unique

This is not a traditional territory sales position. You will help drive growth within some of North America's most important electrification markets, including EV OEMs, transformer manufacturers, electrical infrastructure providers, industrial motor and generator manufacturers, and emerging electrification technologies.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan across North America.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, end-users, and channel stakeholders.
  • Expand relationships within EV and transformer markets.
  • Re-engage underpenetrated transformer accounts and uncover new opportunities.
  • Build relationships with engineering, procurement, product development, and executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with Application Development, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Technical teams.

What Success Looks Like

Approximately 50% EV market development and OEM relationship expansion and 25% transformer business development with emphasis on liquid-filled transformer applications and 25% focused on Industrial Motors market space.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of sales, account management, business development, or commercial leadership experience.
  • Experience in electrical infrastructure, power distribution, transformers, EV technologies, industrial motors/generators, utilities, smart grid technologies, or data center power systems.
  • Demonstrated success creating and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to travel throughout North America (approximately 50%).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing OEM, utility, transformer manufacturer, or electrical infrastructure relationships.
  • Experience influencing product specifications or design decisions.
  • Experience selling through distributors while managing OEM relationships.
  • Strong prospecting and hunting mentality with a record of generating growth
