What are remote energy efficiency programs?

Remote energy efficiency programs are initiatives designed to help individuals, businesses, or organizations improve their energy use without requiring in-person visits. Instead, these programs use digital tools, phone consultations, and online resources to assess energy consumption, provide recommendations, and support the implementation of energy-saving measures.
