Your day at NTT DATA

The Regional Practice Lead for Digital Workplace Services is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving profitable growth, innovation, and transformation across the NTT DATA Digital Workplace portfolio within North America. This role leads the development and execution of a regional strategy that enables clients to modernize employee experiences, collaboration, endpoint management, workplace support, and AI-enabled productivity through scalable, secure, and human-centered solutions.

This individual will serve as a visionary leader, practice builder, and portfolio owner, aligning with strategic technology partners such as Microsoft, ServiceNow, device OEMs, collaboration platforms, virtualization providers, and workplace experience innovators. They will oversee the full lifecycle of the Digital Workplace portfolio, drive go-to-market (GTM) execution and ensure alignment with regional business objectives and global strategy.

Key responsibilities:

Practice Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing regional Digital Workplace practice team with deep technical, consulting, delivery, and market expertise.
  • Establish governance, standards, and tools for consistent delivery and performance.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across regional teams and functions.
  • Develop and implement enablement plans, training programs, and technical depth initiatives across modern workplace, collaboration, endpoint management, service desk, employee experience, workplace AI, and virtual desktop offerings.

Business Development & Sales Enablement

  • Partner with regional sales and solution teams to drive pipeline growth and ACV bookings.
  • Support strategic deals and mentor teams on digital workplace transformation, employee experience, workplace modernization, collaboration, managed workplace services, and AI-enabled productivity.
  • Deliver sales enablement training and ensure alignment on value propositions.
  • Drive premium service attach rates and strategic client engagement across Digital Workplace opportunities, including advisory, transition, implementation, managed services, and continuous experience improvement.

Product Ownership & GTM Execution

  • Own the regional product/portfolio lifecycle, from market research to launch.
  • Collaborate with product management, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure offers are fit-for-purpose and commercially viable.
  • Localize product collateral and messaging for the North American market.
  • Lead GTM planning, execution, and performance reviews across customer segments.
  • Develop and deploy a regional GTM framework and marketing plan with strategic partners, aligned to digital workplace sales plays, industry priorities, and Land Expand Extend motions for strategic business units.

Partner Ecosystem Strategy

  • Cultivate and expand strategic relationships with core Digital Workplace ecosystem partners, including Microsoft, ServiceNow, VMware, Citrix, device OEMs, collaboration platforms, automation providers, and experience management partners.
  • Establish and grow partnerships that enable modern device management, collaboration, service desk modernization, digital employee experience, workplace AI, virtual desktop, and automation-led workplace services.
  • Own CxO-level relationships with partner executives and secure vendor co-investment over two years.
  • Co-develop joint go-to-market strategies, solution roadmaps, and partner-aligned offerings tailored to regional client needs.
  • Leverage partner programs, certifications, and co-marketing initiatives to accelerate market penetration and solution adoption.

Solutioning & Technical Leadership

  • Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Digital Workplace solutions that unify modern device management, collaboration, service desk, employee experience, virtual desktop, workplace AI, and managed workplace services.
  • Drive solution innovation across workplace advisory, endpoint lifecycle services, collaboration platforms, omnichannel support, experience analytics, automation, AI agents, and secure hybrid work environments.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Consulting, Delivery, Marketing, and Sales teams to develop scalable, repeatable architectures, service models, and reference solutions.
  • Provide oversight and mentorship on complex solutioning efforts, including global workplace transformations, employee experience programs, Microsoft 365 and Copilot adoption, ITSM integration, and workplace support modernization.

Digital Workplace Enablement

  • Champion the development of Digital Workplace solutions that improve employee productivity, collaboration, engagement, support experience, security, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with workplace technology leaders to integrate Microsoft 365, Copilot, ServiceNow, device management, collaboration, virtual desktop, digital experience monitoring, automation, and AI-enabled support into client offerings.
  • Guide clients in modernizing their workplace environments to support hybrid work, secure access, personalized employee experiences, omnichannel support, and AI-assisted productivity.
  • Ensure solution architectures are optimized for user experience, security, scalability, adoption, governance, and measurable business outcomes.

Client Focus & Performance Management

  • Ensure client satisfaction through continuous engagement and service performance reviews.
  • Drive strategic Digital Workplace opportunities to deal wins and develop case studies with lighthouse client references in Year 1.
  • Conduct regular financial and metric reviews to ensure business objectives are met.

  • Deep knowledge of Digital Workplace partner ecosystems, including Microsoft, ServiceNow, VMware, Citrix, device OEMs, collaboration platforms, digital experience management tools, and automation providers.
  • Proven expertise in leading the design, implementation, and management of Digital Workplace solutions for enterprise clients across industries.
  • Extensive experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, and IT services.
  • Proven track record in launching successful offerings and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience managing regional teams and navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Strong vendor relationships and industry network, especially with workplace technology, collaboration, service management, endpoint, device, and experience management partners.
  • Experience delivering reference deployments and securing lighthouse client case studies.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $150K - $350K per year. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
