The Role: Manager of IT Endpoint Integrity

As Manager of IT Endpoint Integrity, you will lead the team responsible for endpoint management, patching, configuration integrity, and system hardening across the enterprise. This role exists to ensure endpoint systems remain secure, compliant, and operationally reliable across Switch environments.

You will lead a team of IT professionals while partnering with Infrastructure, Information Security, and Application teams to improve endpoint security posture, operational efficiency, and audit readiness.

What Youll Do
  • Lead and develop a team responsible for endpoint integrity and systems management

  • Provide coaching, mentoring, performance management, and career development support

  • Oversee endpoint management and patching activities across Windows and Linux environments

  • Drive system hardening initiatives to improve security and compliance readiness

  • Coordinate patching and update activities with minimal operational disruption

  • Partner with Information Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams on patch cycles and risk management

  • Define and maintain endpoint configuration baselines and operational standards

  • Manage device configuration and application deployment through Intune and related tools

  • Implement automation workflows to improve patching, deployment, and compliance tracking

  • Apply ITIL practices to change, configuration, and incident management processes

  • Establish team priorities, workload management, and execution standards

  • Track operational metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Build a culture of accountability, operational discipline, and service excellence

  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and operational processes

  • Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune

  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Preferred:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience

  • Experience implementing automation and operational improvement initiatives

  • Experience supporting audit readiness and security compliance programs

  • Experience in enterprise or mission-critical infrastructure environments
