As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide psychotherapy services tailored to the unique needs of each client. Specific tasks you will undertake include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans that address a variety of mental health concerns.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.
• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards to ensure the seamless delivery of continued care.
• Collaborating efficiently with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and fellow social workers, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient treatment.
• Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings where ideas and strategies are exchanged to refine treatment methodologies.
• Providing education and resources to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues, treatment pathways, and available community services.
• Engaging in continuous professional development to remain current on mental health trends, research, and best practices.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
