Position Overview

Holliday's Helping Hands Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Counselor at Holliday's Helping Hands, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting video counseling sessions where you provide ethical, empathetic, and insightful mental health support.
• Performing ongoing assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans that align with their personal goals.
• Facilitating skill-building activities that help clients adopt new coping strategies, improve problem-solving abilities, and enhance communication skills.
• Maintaining accurate and minimal documentation of client interactions to support treatment continuity and compliance.
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals within our platform to ensure comprehensive care for clients when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily be working with adults dealing with mild to moderate mental health challenges. Your role is pivotal in guiding them towards improved mental health through supportive counseling, making a significant difference in their lives. You'll develop long-term relationships with clients, focusing on stability and self-empowerment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current and valid state license as either an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or PsyD, allowing for independent practice without supervision.
• A clean record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Proficiency in using technology for remote counseling, including a stable Wi-Fi connection and familiarity with virtual counseling platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to foster meaningful connections with clients.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in an outpatient setting or familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be given preference. Experience with telehealth platforms is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

At Holliday's Helping Hands, we value the expertise and dedication of our team. We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
