We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has a passion for fostering connection and supporting a mission-driven workplace. This role works directly with our Clinical Supervisor to manage operations for our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Therapy division across the state. Duties include triaging provider inquiries, conducting Medicaid audits and QA audits, and providing administrative support to the clinical supervisor.


What You'll Do

In this role, you will serve as a pillar to our office environment while also playing a key part in building and maintaining a connected, engaged workplace. Responsibilities include:

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Clinical Supervisor(s) for all therapy services.
  • Triage communications from BHS therapy providers working in the WASNF program.
  • Conduct QA Audits of providers' documentation in our EMR system.
  • Assist with CMS Audits.
  • Provide education and support to BHS providers regarding operational and treatment standards.
  • Attend interdisciplinary meetings with the Clinical team.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, Nursing, Health Information Management or other clinical degree preferred.
  • 2 years minimum experience in Behavioral Health Administration.
  • Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid processes for Behavioral Health procedures.
  • Knowledge of behavioral/medical terminology, therapy, pharmacology, and related procedures.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with our therapy providers and the supervisory team.
