Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to ethical standards and maintain compliance with all relevant state regulations as well as organizational policies and procedures.
  • Provide therapeutic services, including individual and group counseling, to a diverse caseload, ensuring effective treatment that promotes positive mental health outcomes.
  • Utilize the electronic medical record system to document patient interactions, progress, and assessment results accurately.
  • Assess clients' financial and social needs, providing resources or referrals as required to support overall wellness.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, case discussions, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain valid Oregon driver's license and ensure certifications for CPR and First Aid are up to date.
  • Remain organized and manage time effectively to ensure timely delivery of services amidst a high-volume caseload.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development activities pertinent to your licensure and therapeutic practice.
  • Complete any other duties assigned by supervisors to support team goals and client needs.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on supporting young individuals experiencing mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that foster resilience and enhance coping skills, ultimately paving the way for academic and personal success.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of an independent clinical license in Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining high ethical standards in practice.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate outreach and collaboration with clients and team members.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a high-volume caseload environment is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
