• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health conditions, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans addressing each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Provide individualized psychotherapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to facilitate healing and personal growth.
• Lead group therapy sessions focused on specific issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship dynamics, tailored to client needs.
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.
• Maintain clear and organized clinical notes within our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate regularly with physicians, psychiatrists, and other mental health experts to create cohesive care plans for clients.
• Engage in professional development by participating in workshops, training, and peer consultations to continually enhance clinical skills.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Restora Care, you will support a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults struggling with various mental health issues. This role is pivotal in assisting clients dealing with anxiety, trauma, depression, behavioral disorders, and relationship challenges. • A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in providing mental health counseling services is essential.

• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive treatment.
