• Conduct thorough initial patient assessments to evaluate mental health and substance use issues, thereby informing individualized care strategies.
• Develop, implement, and periodically review individualized treatment plans that align with client recovery goals.
• Facilitate individual and group psychotherapy sessions focusing on topics such as coping strategies, relapse prevention, and stress management.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during critical situations to ensure patient safety and well-being.
• Document patient progress meticulously and maintain accurate electronic health records to support continuity of care.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate a holistic treatment approach for clients.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and staff meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and adhere to best practices in behavioral health.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health care and apply evidence-based research and techniques in your clinical practice.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting the skill and expertise you bring to our team.
