• Conduct thorough initial patient assessments, utilizing standardized tools to evaluate mental health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals, ensuring tailored interventions.
• Provide both individual and group psychotherapy services, addressing a diverse range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related issues.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, applying effective de-escalation techniques and immediate support strategies.
• Document patient progress meticulously within electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other clinical staff to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans, fostering effective communication among team members.
• Participate in staff meetings and clinical supervision, providing input towards service delivery improvements and peer support.
