Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations for clients to inform customized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various formats including individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Utilize a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to facilitate positive client outcomes.
• Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other counselors—to ensure holistic care and comprehensive support for our clients.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to strict ethical standards and legal regulations to protect client confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed on the latest research and trends in mental health, attending workshops and professional training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC will serve a diverse array of clients seeking assistance for various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Your role will be to empower these individuals by equipping them with coping strategies and therapeutic tools tailored to their unique circumstances. Qualifications

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits
