• Develop and foster positive therapeutic relationships with clients through effective communication and empathetic listening.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, creating tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs of your clients.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, adapting techniques to fit various therapeutic contexts.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring a responsive approach to each client’s evolving needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices for therapy and actively engage in continuous learning to stay updated on mental health advancements.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. • A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Florida.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices, particularly those addressing substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
