This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while positively impacting the lives of clients in Troutdale, Oregon, and beyond. • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients during virtual visits to explore their thoughts and feelings, utilizing active listening and empathetic engagement techniques.
• Provide counseling services targeting issues of personal significance to clients, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics.
• Perform comprehensive clinical case management to identify clients' needs and deliver appropriate therapeutic modalities tailored to individual goals.
• Assess clients' emotional and mental health requirements, accurately diagnose conditions, and develop effective treatment plans to address their unique situations.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with other health professionals, educators, and community resources to ensure holistic care and coordinate support systems for clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned that contribute to the overall mission and efficacy of our services.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Brightpath, you will primarily serve a diverse client demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your interactions will emphasize understanding and empathy, focusing on empowering clients to navigate their mental health journeys effectively. By leveraging virtual health technologies, you’ll have the ability to reach and support individuals who might otherwise face barriers to accessing care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work with an LCSW credential is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant practice as an LCSW is required, enabling you to apply evidence-based practices effectively.
• Demonstrable experience in providing telehealth services and familiarity with remote counseling techniques.
• It is essential to possess no disciplinary actions against your professional licensure.
• A thorough understanding of mental health conditions and contemporary therapeutic practices is crucial.

• Previous experience working in an outpatient community mental health setting.
• Knowledge of and experience with various therapeutic modalities and intervention techniques.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for engaging clients effectively in a remote environment.
