This LPC position is fully remote, allowing counselors to work from the comfort of their chosen environment while still engaging meaningfully with clients. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health status during initial consultations and ongoing sessions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to monitor their progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide tools and resources for overcoming their mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse population of clients. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting individuals dealing with a range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will foster an inclusive and empathetic environment as you help clients navigate their unique challenges and achieve their goals.

• Hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Possess a valid and active license as a Professional Counselor in the state of Texas.
• Demonstrate clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, with a strong foundation in various counseling techniques and modalities.
• Exhibit excellent critical thinking, communication, and active listening skills, essential for building rapport with clients.

• Experience working with a variety of mental health conditions, particularly in outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of community resources and referral options for comprehensive patient care.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a generous sign-on bonus.
