• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness strategies, to deliver effective individual therapy sessions.
• Establish specific therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy options to ensure access for clients facing mobility or location challenges, enabling impactful virtual sessions.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation to align with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and attend team meetings to share insights and improve treatment methodologies.

As a mental health counselor at Clear Hope, you will provide support to a diverse client base experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other mood disorders. Your empathetic approach will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their unique journeys towards recovery and personal growth.

• A current and valid state license in mental health counseling (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD) is required.
• A minimum of a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.
• Effective organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple clients and schedules.

While we welcome applicants from varied experiences, we particularly value those who have background or training in trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based approaches, and group therapy facilitation. Experience within a private practice setting is advantageous but not required.

Compensation is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with the counselor's experience and caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
