Job description

About Flourish
1 in 25 adolescents and young adults will be diagnosed with serious mental illness. The majority of these families struggle to get care. Flourish (**https://flourish.health/**) is here to ensure that everybody gets the same access to great care.
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, detail oriented individual to join our growth team. This role is part empathetic listener, part healthcare navigator, and part logistical whiz. What does that look like?
Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to patients, parents, and caregivers who qualify to introduce them to Flourish Health's mental health services.
  • Screen potential patients for eligibility and be able to navigate challenging conversations well.
  • Schedule appointments with patients and their caregivers with the Flourish Clinical Team in the most seamless way possible.
  • Complete follow-up phone calls as needed to ensure patient readiness and understanding of services.
  • Make calls to reschedule consultations as necessary, accommodating patients' schedules.

Requirements:
  • Excellent listening skills and an empathetic demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience in patient or customer relations, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Must be 18 years or older
