Key Responsibilities- Provide a variety of therapeutic services, including individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, and group sessions, assisting clients in various age groups and backgrounds.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment objectives, ensuring personalized care planning.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based treatment plans, continually assessing their effectiveness in alignment with clients' evolving needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and outside community partners to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients, participating actively in treatment team meetings.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of client interactions, interventions, and progress notes, maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Your work will encompass a diverse patient population including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and family dynamics. This role supports clients from various cultural, socioeconomic, and demographic backgrounds, requiring a strong capacity for cultural competence and adaptability. Qualifications- A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
- Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health settings, showcasing your capacity to conduct assessments and devise effective treatment strategies.
- Strong decision-making skills enabling you to assess patient needs and craft individualized treatment plans that are both practical and creative.
