This position is structured around a remote work model utilizing telehealth technologies. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and design individualized treatment plans tailored to those needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families using a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
• Engage in regular collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to client care.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, implementing de-escalation tactics and safety planning as needed.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing awareness of mental health issues and promoting resources available within our center.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals from various socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. Our clientele includes children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges. Evidence-based strategies will be employed to address the unique needs of each client, fostering an empathetic and inclusive therapeutic environment.

• A current and valid mental health licensing credential as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building and therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Cultural competence and sensitivity essential to work effectively with individuals from varied backgrounds and experiences.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills required to maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions.

• Demonstrated experience working in a community mental health setting or within a telehealth framework.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and experience in maintaining accurate client documentation.
• Proficiency in providing evidence-based care and a commitment to continuous professional development.
