The Learning Technology Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping how learning is designed, delivered, and experienced across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of learning strategy, technology innovation, and operational excellence, ensuring that modern learning tools-including AIenabled solutions-are seamlessly integrated into learning programs to drive engagement, efficiency, and measurable impact.

Reporting to the Director, Learning Operations & Performance Analytics, this position partners closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to elevate learning through thoughtful technology adoption and forwardthinking strategy.

What You'll Do

Define & Lead Learning Technology Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning technology strategy aligned with client goals and evolving learning needs.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance learning experiences through innovative technology solutions and scalable platforms.
  • Promote the effective adoption and optimization of both new and existing learning technologies.

Consult & Influence Across the Organization

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams and client stakeholders on learning technology selection, implementation, and use.
  • Recommend and guide the adoption of AIenabled tools and emerging technologies that enhance learning design and delivery.
  • Help teams translate business needs into technology-enabled learning solutions that deliver real performance impact.

Drive Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay at the forefront of learning technology and AI trends, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance programs.
  • Collaborate with innovation teams to research, evaluate, and pilot new solutions.
  • Lead initiatives like 'Innovation Garage' sessions to share ideas, drive experimentation, and scale best practices.

Integrate Technology into Learning Design

  • Partner with Instructional Designers, Performance Consultants, and Account Teams to ensure technology is seamlessly embedded into curriculum and learning experiences.
  • Support the deployment and integration of new tools into learning ecosystems, ensuring usability and adoption.
  • Create and share practical use cases that demonstrate how technologies can enhance learning outcomes.

Establish Standards & Playbooks

  • Create and maintain a Learning Technology Playbook outlining best practices for evaluation, piloting, implementation, and scaling.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for technology use, governance, and impact measurement.
  • Maintain learning technology comparison guides and decision frameworks for stakeholders.

Collaborate & Enable CrossFunctional Teams

  • Act as a liaison between account teams, learning teams, client stakeholders, and technical groups.
  • Facilitate regular collaboration sessions to align on upcoming projects and identify technology opportunities or gaps.
  • Partner with external vendors to expand learning technology capabilities and solutions.

Leverage Data & Insights
