• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions through a secure video platform, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for students to discuss their challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments that address each student's unique emotional and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, such as educators and administrators, to integrate mental health support within the educational framework.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and methodologies in therapy sessions to gauge effectiveness and adjust treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to ensure both legal and ethical standards are met.
• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and enhance professional development.

In this role, you will primarily serve students ranging from elementary to high school age, addressing a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and adjustment difficulties. You'll play a crucial role in identifying mental health concerns and providing necessary interventions that support academic and social success.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of New York.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, with a focus on clinical practice strongly preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a clinical social work setting, particularly with students or adolescents, is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Comfort and competence in utilizing telehealth technologies to conduct therapy sessions effectively.
• Commitment to working with diverse populations and showing cultural competence in service delivery.

• Prior experience working in a school or educational environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored for children and adolescents.
• Experience in crisis intervention and developing risk assessments.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
