This position will operate in a fully remote workspace, allowing for flexible scheduling that accommodates both the counselor and client. • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to evaluate mental health conditions, emotional struggles, and necessary interventions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client, incorporating evidence-based methodologies.
• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions utilizing therapeutic techniques suitable for the client’s specific circumstances and emotional state.
• Lead group therapy or family sessions when appropriate, enhancing support networks and collective healing.
• Regularly monitor client progress through follow-up sessions and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving insights.
• Thoroughly document all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in electronic medical records (EMRs) to ensure optimal continuity of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to deliver a holistic approach to client care.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training programs and workshops focused on the latest trends in mental health treatments and technologies.

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a mental health counselor.

• Familiarity with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) or mindfulness-based therapies.
• Background in crisis intervention and management, addressing acute mental health episodes effectively.
• Previous experience in a remote counseling role, indicating comfort and competence in telehealth communication.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 95,000 annually, reflecting experience and expertise, along with a sign-on bonus.
