Salary range for this role is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually.

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ needs, considering any relevant medical conditions that impact their psychological well-being.
• Develop and implement personalized, integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical issues, ensuring comprehensive care.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate patient growth and recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams to ensure coordinated treatment approaches, engaging in regular discussions to review patient progress and adapt interventions.
• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies through effective assessment and de-escalation techniques.
• Educate clients about the relationship between mental health and physical well-being, empowering them to take proactive steps in managing their health conditions.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, leveraging electronic health record systems for efficient record-keeping.
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences to actively contribute to interdisciplinary care planning and stay abreast of best practices and advancements in mental health care.

The Clinical Mental Health Therapist will support a diverse patient population, including individuals facing complex health issues such as co-occurring medical and mental health conditions. Our practice emphasizes understanding each patient's unique circumstances and addressing the multifaceted nature of their health.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines while ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Proficient in using computer applications and electronic health record systems for documentation and communication.
• A commitment to working as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team, demonstrating flexibility and shared purpose.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health counseling setting, particularly with individuals experiencing co-occurring medical conditions.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote patient care strategies is preferred.
