In this remote role, you will have the opportunity to provide vital mental health support and counseling services to clients navigating various emotional and psychological challenges. The position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, coupled with a robust benefits package.

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using telehealth technology with clients facing diverse mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Help clients explore and process their emotions to foster emotional awareness and resilience.
• Assist clients in setting attainable therapeutic goals and guide them through the journey of reaching these milestones.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans utilizing best practices and clinical expertise to address each client’s unique needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions through electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population of clients from various backgrounds and age groups. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is mandatory.
• An active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience is essential, with a demonstrated history of providing counseling to clients.
• Strong communication skills and a passionate, client-centered approach are required for effectively engaging with clients.

• Experience working with a diverse clientele and familiarity with issues such as trauma, grief, and substance use is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms to ensure effective service delivery.
