Job Overview:
Voltguard Utilities Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electronic Technician to join our team. This remote, field-based position involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and repair services across a range of client locations, vendor sites, and other facilities. The role requires an independent, detail-oriented technician with strong communication skills who can deliver high-quality service in diverse environments.Key Responsibilities:1. Remote Technical Support and Field Service:
- Provide on-site technical assistance, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic systems and equipment.
- Travel frequently to client addresses, vendor facilities, and other off-site locations to address service requests and resolve technical issues.2. Equipment Troubleshooting and Repairs:
- Diagnose and repair faults in electronic systems, including circuit boards, controllers, and integrated systems.
- Perform system tests, calibrations, and inspections to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards.
- Replace or repair defective components, ensuring that all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.3. Installation and Commissioning:
- Install new electronic systems and equipment at client sites, ensuring correct setup and integration with existing infrastructure.
