Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and cultivating therapeutic alliances while adhering to professional ethical standards and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and therapy sessions with clients to assess progress, discuss treatment objectives, and plan for appropriate discharge when necessary.
  • Create, implement, and evaluate individualized, person-centered treatment plans based on client needs and evidence-based practices.
