As a Field Services Specialist, you willbe responsible forall resources andlogisticsrequiredto perform services and maintenance activities on customers' sites/properties. These activities contribute tomaintaining, repairing, and refurbishing sold or existing products

As aServices Specialist, you willbe responsible for:

  • Handling all activities related to the testing and validation of equipment, facility, or plantin accordance withthe designobjectivesor specifications for operational use.

  • Communicating effectivelythe findings and recommendations via reports and verbal communication.

  • Maintaining calibration of specialized tools.

  • Handling standardized project processes and guidelines for choosing the right actions.

  • Relaying and implementing the processes and procedures that arefrequentlyupdated by other functions

  • Workingon the basis ofpredefined contracts and frameworks

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have High school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience with field maintenance ideally in an industrial environment

  • Have experience in Low Voltage electrical troubleshooting.

  • Have been exposed to general networking practices/architectures.

  • Have been able to travel 65-80% of the time both by vehicle and air travel depending on location.

  • Have computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office suite and Windows Operating Systems.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Have aBachelor'sdegree from an accredited university or collegein Engineering, applied engineering or technology.

The annual pay scale for this position is between $68,520.00 - $147,280.00.

Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above.
