• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals and groups using telehealth platforms, fostering a secure and supportive space for healing.
• Evaluate clients' psychological needs and develop tailored treatment plans, ensuring that interventions align with their unique challenges and circumstances.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with a remote team of dedicated professionals to share insights and enhance client care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential case documentation using electronic health records (EHR) software, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress, enabling them to navigate challenges effectively.

Your work will primarily focus on clients within a hospice setting, where you will provide emotional and psychological support to individuals facing end-of-life challenges. You will work closely with terminally ill patients and their families, guiding them through grief, anxiety, and feelings of loss while helping them to achieve closure and peace. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life during this profoundly impactful stage.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in clinical social work practice, particularly focused on mental health or hospice care.
• Solid understanding of diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and various therapeutic modalities.
• A commitment to providing ethical, inclusive, and culturally competent care, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet diverse client needs.

• Experience working within hospice or palliative care settings.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and EHR systems to deliver seamless clinical services.
• Previous engagement in community outreach programs or support groups.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
