This is a full-time remote position, allowing counselors from anywhere to provide impactful therapy sessions without the constraints of a traditional office setting. As a Mental Health Counselor at Tranquil Young Minds Inc., you will be responsible for:

• Providing individualized therapy sessions for clients, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, while adapting your approach to fit each client’s unique context and needs.
• Conducting thorough remote assessments to evaluate clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment goals ensuring a holistic understanding of their mental health status.
• Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans specifically tailored to the individual requirements of clients, utilizing your clinical expertise and knowledge of mental health practices.
• Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintaining precise documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and other essential information in a timely manner, complying with confidentiality standards and ethical practices.

The diverse client population you will be serving includes individuals and families from various backgrounds and age groups, encompassing both adolescents and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. This role allows you to make a profound impact on their lives by addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, trauma, and personal development.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current, full license to practice independently, such as:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Demonstrated ability to make informed professional evaluations and recommendations regarding treatment planning and implementation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client interactions.
• Proficiency with computers and electronic record-keeping systems.

Preferred candidates will have prior experience in a clinical outpatient setting and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities. Experience in telehealth counseling and a commitment to ongoing professional development will be seen as advantageous, as will an understanding of community resources relevant to your client base.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting your caseload and experience level. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits include:
