• Conduct thorough assessments and provide evidence-based individual counseling sessions with students via video conferencing, aiming to support their emotional and psychological well-being.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, incorporating therapeutic modalities that resonate with the student population.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to assist students in managing anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and other mental health issues.
• Act as an advocate for students, collaborating with families, educators, and school staff to ensure a supportive environment conducive to their mental health.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and share insights, fostering a collaborative approach to client care.

This role focuses primarily on students within various educational settings, ranging from elementary to high school. You will be working with a diverse client pool that includes students dealing with academic stress, social issues, and family dynamics. Your expertise will enable you to create safe, therapeutic spaces for them to explore their feelings and develop coping strategies.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), with no disciplinary actions in your record.
• Strong knowledge of clinical social work practice, including experience with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Proficiency in digital communication platforms and a willingness to engage in ongoing training on emerging technological tools for remote service delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust among children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience working in educational settings or with school-aged children is preferred.
• Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities is highly desirable.
• Previous experience involving multidisciplinary teamwork will be an asset, especially in an educational or community health context.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
