• Provide comprehensive mental health services through telehealth to clients within the detox program, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.
• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's situation.
• Develop and collaborate on personalized treatment plans and goals with clients, actively involving them in the therapeutic process.
• Document client progress meticulously while maintaining confidentiality and complying with HIPAA regulations.
• Submit detailed billing and clinical documentation promptly to ensure operational efficiency.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to keep clinical knowledge current and to enhance therapeutic practices.

In this role, you will be primarily focused on clients undergoing detoxification and early recovery stages from substance use disorders. This patient population often faces dual diagnoses requiring an integrated approach to therapy, making empathy, resilience, and adaptability essential qualities for success. Your expertise will not only help in addressing their mental health needs but also in supporting their journey towards sustained recovery and personal growth.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and technology to connect with clients remotely.
• Strong grounding in evidence-based practices relevant to mental health and addiction.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Ability to operate independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.

• At least three years of post-graduate experience in providing direct mental health services, especially in a telehealth or remote setting.
• Experience in support of clients with substance use disorders and knowledge of recovery strategies.
• Familiarity with documentation and billing practices relevant to mental health services.

This full-time position provides a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
