• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, providing both individual and group counseling to clients using secure video conferencing tools.
• Assess client needs and formulate treatment plans by evaluating their progress and adjusting therapeutic strategies accordingly.
• Document client interactions and treatment updates meticulously in our electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including educators and psychologists, to create comprehensive support structures for clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain current with best practices in clinical social work and educational psychology.

This role specifically supports the mental health needs of students in a school setting, along with their families. You will address a diverse range of issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and other emotional difficulties that may affect a student's academic performance and overall well-being. Your work will empower clients to develop coping strategies and achieve their personal and educational goals.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in a relevant setting, preferably involving children and families.
• Extensive knowledge of diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and a commitment to ethical client care.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in using telehealth platforms.

• Experience working within school systems or educational environments.
• Familiarity with culturally responsive practices in mental health care.
