This position operates within a fully remote framework, utilizing telehealth technologies that allow counselors to connect with clients in a comfortable, accessible manner from their own homes. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored treatment plans that meet their unique needs.
• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Engage in collaborative treatment with diverse patient populations, adapting approaches to include families, couples, and group therapy settings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with both legal and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions, staying current with the latest research and practices in mental health.

You will engage with a broad spectrum of clients, addressing a wide array of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in clinical environments that enhance practical skills and theoretical knowledge.

• Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment.
• Familiarity with telehealth services and digital platforms, enhancing the delivery of remote counseling.

The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
