Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly live video sessions utilizing evidence-based care methods with individual adult clients.

  • Utilize patient assessment tools and monitor client progress through automatically generated symptom check-ins to tailor therapy approaches effectively.
  • Provide timely and effective documentation of client interactions using our proprietary electronic medical records (EMR) system, thereby streamlining administrative tasks and enhancing client care delivery.
  • Engage in regular team consultations and receive ongoing clinical support from leadership to refine your skills and treatment approaches.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with adults facing a broad range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Our commitment to inclusivity means you will engage with all populations, offering culturally responsive care tailored to the unique backgrounds and needs of our clients.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or Doctorate in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution, holding licenses such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.
  • A minimum of one year of independent therapy experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have two or more years delivering cognitive behavioral therapy and related interventions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with higher-risk populations and familiarity with managing diverse mental health disorders.
  • A favorable disposition towards embracing technology to enhance clinical practice, including familiarity with telehealth tools.
Preferred Experience
  • Preferred candidates will have at least two years of recent experience specifically using cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Experience in treating a wide array of mental health disorders through telehealth is highly valued.
  • A proven track record of culturally competent care and the ability to foster trust with clients from varying backgrounds.
Compensation and Benefits
