Job description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and quotes to clients, with a focus on meeting the clients' needs and helping them grow their business.
  • Exceptional communication skills and demonstrated discipline, internally and with clients and prospects.
  • Responsible for securing new clients for Aureon; "new clients" defined as first-time consumers of Aureon products and solutions.
  • Support the retention and growth of existing clients.
  • Aggressively develop, maintain and grow a sales pipeline of prospects.
  • Responsible for presenting, negotiating, finalizing and keeping all sales contracts
  • Represent Aureon at industry events and trade shows
  • Maintain excellent working knowledge of contact center industry products and services, as well as targeted industries to promote growth and profitability of the organization.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting to President and VP - Sales on pipeline, first business meetings, proposals, and deal closings
  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue (dollars) and new logo (discreet businesses) quotas, within approved pricing and packaging options offered by Aureon.
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:
Required
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of sales experience
  • Or combination of equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum 3 years sales and account management experience in contact center or related field
  • Experience managing client relationships with verbal, face to face, and written communication

Preferred
  • Four-year degree
  • Solid knowledge of the contact center industry and terminology

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Effective interpersonal skills to establish and maintain and build effective relationships with customers, employees, superiors and business contacts in a professional, timely and courteous manner.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to accurately estimate the stage and close dates for business/sales opportunities.
  • Strong sales presentation skills
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Utilize work experience and judgment to strategically plan and accomplish goals.
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks, often changing assignments on short notice
  • Ability to make sound decisions using the information at hand
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, employees, leaders and business contacts. in a professional, timely and courteous manner.
  • Flexibility and focus. Able to comfortably navigate a variety of tasks, frequent changes and some degree of uncertainty.
  • Creative and deep problem-solving skills. Must be able to discern the "real" problem and help clients solve it, ideally using Aureon products and solutions.
  • Must be able to work independently with little or no direct supervision and contribute to a team environment.

TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, AND SOFTWARE:
  • Must be able to proficiently operate Windows PC with MS Office, MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and other account management tools preferred
  • Must have and maintain a valid Driver's license.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Primarily indoor work primarily in office environment
  • Frequent utilization of manual dexterity and visualizing of computer screen
  • No unusual physical requirements
  • Travel to client locations, trade shows, and corporate office as needed.
