• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to a diverse clientele, addressing various emotional and behavioral concerns that arise during their rehabilitation journeys.
• Perform thorough assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and measurable goals.
• Advocate for clients and their families by assisting them with access to community resources, including support groups and essential social services necessary for effective recovery.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate emotional support during critical times, ensuring clients feel safe and understood.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical standards in counseling.
• Collaborate closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to create a holistic approach to client care.
• Educate clients and their families about the emotional components of rehabilitation, providing them with practical coping strategies and self-care techniques to support their recovery.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to strengthen referral networks and enhance public awareness of available mental health resources.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals undergoing rehabilitation from various health conditions, ranging from physical injuries to mental health issues. • Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.
• A master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this role.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster rapport with clients and build trusting relationships.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting, with familiarity in addressing emotional and psychological challenges within this context.
• Experience with telehealth platforms or remote counseling methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with community resources and support systems available in Colorado to assist clients.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
